It’s been a long story to tell and argue that how many builders book their flats with fake promises, the promise includes timely delivery of flat, use of best and branded materials and accessories etc. although there are minimal of them fulfilling their promises, most of the time we find changes in designing also.
But when some big names are involved in this game, we get the reality check.
Recently a Case filed against Gauri khan, wife of Shahrukh Khan has been registered under section 409 criminal breach of trust of Indian penal code. The complaint was filed by Jaswant shah a resident of Mumbai who booked a flat paying Rs.86 lakh which is located in Tulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow Sushant Golf City. Gauri Khan was a brand ambassador of the same company and the company failed to give possession of the flat on time .
Along with Gauri khan, the complaint was also filed against Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited Chief Managing Director, Anil Kumar Tulsiyani and its director Mahesh Tulsiyani. The complainant said that he brought the flat after being influenced by brand ambassador Gauri Khan.
