A company in Indore that operates in the IT industry has introduced an automated system that turns off its employees’ computers when their shift timings come to an end.
Warning!!! Your shift time is over. The office system will shut down in 10 mins. Please go home,” the alert reads.
On her LinkedIn page, Tanvi Khandelwal, the HR professional employed at SoftGrid Computers, shared a photo of a warning message.
“My employer supports #WorkLifeBalance. They put this special reminder, which locks my desktop after business hours and issues a warning,” she wrote.
“And this is a reality of our office!! Yes in this era we believe in flexible working hours and happy environment,” she added.
After being shared, the post has received nearly 350,000 likes and over 6,000 comments.
